The wedding photographer for the “awkward” couple!

We are a best-friend photography team based in Muskegon, Michigan! We both got married the same year, had babies at the same time, and now shoot weddings together. (I know, right??)

I’m Kayla, the lead photographer on your wedding day. I specialize specifically in weddings, elopements, & engagements! This is my absolute passion and I devote myself to making sure it is a fun and memorable experience!

Autumn is the official second photographer for Birch & Belle. She is there to provide extra coverage to ensure nothing is missed on this most amazing day!

We work together to make this experience the best it can possibly be because we know this day cannot be redone!

My style and approach is to provide a full hands-on experience – I am known to jump in on wedding days to pin flowers, bustle dresses, organize people, fix problems when the need arises, and even carry my own survival kit. My actual shooting style is a mix of formal, candid, and editorial styles with a true-to-life color editing process.

An engagement session is complimentary for couples to get comfortable with me before the wedding. A second photographer helps ensure I don’t miss a beat and can be in two places simultaneously. Print permission is provided with my packages and a wood keepsake box with a custom USB drive.
