Event timeline
Your rental includes generous access throughout the day to ensure a smooth and relaxed experience:
- Getting-ready suites: Access begins at 9:00 AM (included with ceremony package)
- Venue access: Begins at 12:30 PM for DIY setup, first look, private vows, or taking pictures
- Guest time for ceremony & reception: 6.5 hours
- Reception-only guest time: 5 hours
- Additional time: May be added for $350 per hour, subject to availability
- Post-event access: An additional 45 minutes is provided after the reception ends to gather personal belongings
Please note: Due to city ordinance, all events must conclude by midnight.

Create memories to last a lifetime! Hosting your ceremony at Studio D2D ensures a seamless transition from “I do” to celebration—all in one convenient location. Ceremony package includes:
Extended event time:
- An additional hour prior to your reception, bringing your total event time to six (6) hours
Bridal suite:
- Separate getting-ready spaces for each wedding party, located on different floors. Available starting at 9:00 AM
Groom’s suite:
- A private space for the groom and groomsmen to get ready
Ceremony pre-planning:
- Work with our event planning team to perfect every detail
